SkyRes is the first large-area A Class office building in Rzeszów. Buildings in this category are most of all characterized by high standard, prestigious location, highest quality of finishing and equipment. Its total area amounts to as much as 25,648 m2 and is fully leasable.
It should be emphasized that at the initial stage of design, its developers took care that it combined on one hand the innovative solutions designed for business activities, and on the other, it took into account the guidelines of sustainable building industry.
This means that SkyRes, its construction design and materials used in construction are environmentally friendly. This was confirmed in May 2013 by obtaining the American Gold LEED certificate (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) - a system for assessing the building's impact on the environment. Only 27 objects in all Poland have been certified in this system so far!
The building itself is a 14 storey structure with 12 office floors, a ground floor with a spacious lobby with reception and canteen. The underground part hosts a garage for passenger and electric cars, and bicycles along with separate cloak rooms and showers for cyclists.
Office floors offer as a standard an Open Space area up to 1 600m2 and in the entire building 19 381 m2.
SkyRes Warszawska stands out for its excellent location.
Inner centre of the city, 11 km from the International Airport in Jesionka, 6 km from the A4 motorway (Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław to the west, and Lviv to the east), 900 m from the bus and train station.
The entire SkyRes complex consists of twin office buildings i.e. SkyRes Warszawska and SkyRes Lubelska (soon under construction). In addition, a number of residential buildings were located between them.
The complex of buildings forms a coherent architectural entirety that positively stands out on the city's background by its modernity and care of details.
